HTHP Cement Permeameter

HTHP Permeameter

Description

HTHP Permeameter manufactured by Shenyang Taige Oil Equipment is designed for oil well cement test. HTHP Permeameter determines the permeability of cement stone and core specimens using dry nitrogen through formation samples. Applying Darcy’s law, the permeability can be determined by measuring the differential pressure gap of the core specimen and the velocity of nitrogen through the core. HTHP Permeameter is equipped with a cylindrical core holder with a diameter of 1 inch and a length of 1 inch. HTHP Permeameter has the advantages of simple operation, good durability and low cost.

Main configurations

HTHP permeameter is composed of cell components, heater, pressure sensor, flowmeter, thermocouple, etc.

The specimen is put into the cell, a certain flow of nitrogen passes through the specimen, and the pressure difference passing through the specimen is measured. Measure the flow with a flowmeter. The viscosity is obtained from the nitrogen property table. These variables are taken into Darcy equation to calculate the permeability of cement specimens.

The cell is equipped with a heating device, which can be used for test after heating. The pressure sensor is used to measure the pressure difference between the two ends of the sample in the kettle.

Features

① Safe, reliable and easy to operate;Easily clean after test
