Skid mounted and the dimensions are 4.1mx2.5mx2.5m
The pressure could be up to 25MPa. The slurry flows is from 0.3 to 1.8m3/min and the density of foamed slurry under well could be vary from o.8 – 1.6g/cm3.
The system has been used more than 15 wells in native and cement slurry return to the ground without leakage. It has good performance to control leak-off and gas channeling.
The foam slurry density under-hole is as low as 1.15g/cm3 and creat a new record in low density cementing application in SINOPEC.
