Model TG-7370DAN high-temperature and high-pressure carbonation curing chamber is an instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute (API) specification 10. It can simulate the high-temperature and high-pressure conditions underground, allowing the cement slurry to be cured for a certain period of time under simulated underground conditions, the cement block is produced after curing, then the strength tester using compressive strength tester is implemented, meanwhile,  TG-7370DAN can also be used to conduct carbon dioxide(CO2) corrosion experiments on cement specimen cube modules.

Equipment configuration

The high-temperature and high-pressure(HTHP) carbonation curing chamber consists of a heater, motor, electrical components, touch screen, PLC controller, vessel, and stainless steel frame.

The HTHP carbonation curing chamber is equipped with dual vessels, dual temperature and dual control. The two vessels do not affect each other and can conduct two different experiments. The instrument is equipped with an alarm device. When reaching the set target condition, the control system will issue an alarm command and the alarm will sound, which can relieve the tense monitoring state.

*Pressure-boosting system: CO2 gas booster pump (nitrogen can also be used), working pressure: 50MPa, CO2 and nitrogen gas booster pumps are used for the test vessels, and the dual cylinder pressure system is independently controlled. It can achieve top pressure relief, pressure replenishment, and the gas for pressure replenishment is CO2 or nitrogen.

*The volume of the vessel is 2500mL. The upper cover of the vessel is detachable and sealed with a threaded rubber “O” ring. The lower part of the vessel is equipped with a magnetic drive to drive the cement specimen to rotate, in order to meet the requirements of dynamic curing and corrosive environment.

*Provide a cooling system with a safe and detachable temperature reduction time of less than 1.5 hours from 180 ℃ to below 90 ℃: equipped with automatic pressure relief and replenishment devices, equipped with over temperature, over pressure alarm, over temperature power-off protection, and over pressure power-off protection

* The parts of the equipment that come into direct contact with CO2 and fluids, such as the vessel, vessel cover, vessel shaft, inlet steel pipe, and four-way, are all resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion and do not rust.

*Bracket: The bracket is equipped with casters for easy movement.

*The software interface is user-friendly and adopts a touch screen design. The testing process is fully prompted in Chinese, and the operation is simple and convenient. It can be remotely monitored through an APP without the need for manual monitoring. Optional computer acquisition software is available to display parameter curves, temperature, pressure, etc., which can quickly export raw measurement data,

*The geometric structure of the equipment meets API petroleum standards, and the appearance of the equipment is simple and beautiful. The casing is designed with all stainless steel, which is easy to clean and durable.
